and one additional retail space. The building specs include Travertine stone
that wraps the exterior of the building and Eifs that finishes the upper part of
the building to include the parapet walls. The roof has two parts, one is the
tower that has a Decra roofing system that combines metal and asphalt for
durability and longevity and the main roof is a rubber membrane that is
concealed behind the parapet wall.
