In the fall of 2008, C H & Sons completed the CIW dock expansion with high speed roll up door. The new truck dock involved extensive site work, concrete forms, and additional fill to level the truck ramp. The graded area consisted of 3300 SF which created a level area to the existing grade beside the work site. In addition to the scope, an existing precast wall was cut to install a high speed roll up door for access to the existing building. Moreover, the receiving dock allows 700 SF of additional space for forklift access to the four receiving docks equipped with dock levelers.
