- 07/01/09 - CH & Sons Construction Inc. is working on the Bessemer City High School
Field House. The 4 thousand square foot structure will house new lockers, a weight-room, showers and coaches offices.
- 8/5/2009 - CH & Sons Construction Inc. is also working on a medical office space located at 3670-1 S. New Hope Road COMMERCIAL INTERIOR/UPFIT. The $100,000 up-fit is expected to be finished in late September.
- 8/17/2009 - The North Carolina Baptist Men’s Camp has been awarded and is currently awaiting our notice to proceed.
- 8/18/2009 - West Cramerton Baptist Church is slated for competition late September.
- 8/19/2009 - Gaston College – Currently building a pedestrian bridge.
- 08/11 - York Comprehensive High School Restroom Renovation in York, South Carolina recently has been completed. The scope of the project involved a men’s and women’s bathroom and retro-fitted new underground plumbing and has been up-fit with all new fixtures, accessories and tile throughout the bathroom.
- 07/31 - Uncle Bob’s Self Storage in Greensboro, NC is completed. The owners are very impressed with the work of C H & Sons and the building; and looking forward to the next project. The 38 thousand square foot building consisted of a two story structure that houses 300 plus storage units.
- Greensboro, NC – CH & Sons Construction began work in early
October and has completed the site work. While the project is still in its infancy, progress is being made and moving along
very well. The erection of the building is set to be complete in the next several months. The completion of the project is set
for the mid-quarter of 2009.
- Gastonia, NC – West Cramerton recently celebrated their ground
breaking ceremony and CH & Sons Construction will begin demolition in the coming days. The facility’s amenities will include
a new fellowship hall, full kitchen, restrooms, and a full basement for future expansion.
